Join COE Health in giving back this holiday season with your students! After completing the challenges below, follow the instructions to be entered in a draw for classroom prizes!
Challenge #1: Create a Holiday card or artwork for a resident or employee in a local long-term care facility.

Challenge #2: Write a thank you letter or create artwork for an allied health professional in your community.
Pre-Activity: Click here to learn more about allied health professions. Take time to brainstorm professionals that students have had interactions with in your community.
Challenge #3: Create an appreciation wall in your school.
Pre-Activity: Have students brainstorm students or staff in the school community who they are grateful for and why. Expressing gratitude for others contributes positively to mental fitness.
Challenge #4: Random acts of kindness
Pre-Activity: Have students plan simple acts of kindness they can perform in their school, home, or community. Click here to view an optional resource to support this activity.

Please take a picture of you and your students “in action” engaging in these challenges. Submissions must include photographs as proof of participation. Please email photo submissions of your class participating in this challenge to Emily.Mason@gnb.ca (COE Health Intern) by end of day on December 13th.
