GNB FSL education:
New Brunswick is Canada’s only officially bilingual province, with 34% of its adult population being bilingual in English and French—the second-highest rate in the country. This bilingualism offers significant advantages on a global scale, as French is the third most used language in international business and the fifth most widely spoken language worldwide. Research consistently shows that learning a second language not only enhances academic performance and critical thinking but also fosters intercultural sensitivity and expands job opportunities.
