The Centres of Excellence strive for equitable access to COE resources and opportunities across New Brunswick. Overview

The Centre of Excellence for Skilled Trades and Manufacturing in partnership with McCain Foods is excited to bring you an experiential learning activity called “The Great Potato Adventure: A Potato Supply Chain Journey”.

With their own uniquely designed potato character, primary learners will experience a spud’s journey from the farm to their plate! Through hands-on activities, role play, and expert knowledge from McCain Foods, young learners will discover the true link between supply chains and the foods that we love.

Primary learners from all over New Brunswick will join industry experts on Tuesday, January 21st at 9:00 am for this experiential learning activity.

English Language Arts

Note 1: Kits are limited. Materials will be distributed to 40 classes who register, with equitable distribution across schools and districts.

Note 2: Registration does not guarantee a materials kit. The activity lead will review all registrations and reach out to all with further details. Successful registrants will receive a confirmation of acceptance email with the link to the event. Unsuccessful registrants will also receive an email.

Note 3: Please complete a separate form for each event and/or class you wish to register. LIVE events are limited to one class per completed registration. Entire school or grade level registrations for LIVE events will be restricted.

Note 4: Preference selection for first time educators or schools will be considered for repeat events.
