Help your students turn climate ideas into action! Learning for a Sustainable Future (LSF) invites New Brunswick schools to a free, in-person Climate Action Youth Forum in Fredericton. Two forums are available: a French-language forum on Monday, October 26, 2026, and an English-language forum on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
Students will explore local climate issues through hands-on workshops, hear ideas for taking action, and connect with other young people. At the same time, educators will take part in a full day of professional learning focused on practical ways to connect climate change to the curriculum and support student-led projects.
Schools are invited to send a team of up to five students in Grades 5–8 and one or two educators. Participating teams can receive an Action Project Grant to help put their ideas into practice at school or in their community. Their whole class or club will also have access to virtual workshops to continue the learning.
