Overview
Trades Future Alliance is dedicated to empowering the next generation of skilled tradespeople by providing grants and resources to high and middle school vocational programs. This initiative is supported by the New Brunswick Building Trades Unions.
The Trades Future Alliance Fund supports the teaching of construction trades in our local schools, aiming to expose as many students as possible to these trades and ensure the teaching of new courses using relevant technology. This is essential for providing students with career options and equipping them with the essential skills applicable to their everyday lives. The fund is primarily intended to provide seed money for sustainable projects that will have a long-term impact on vocational programs.
Teachers or any school representative may apply as long as they are applying for a specific construction trade project provided or in development by their school.
