MediaSmarts is Canada’s centre for digital and media literacy, offering a wide range of free lesson plans, projects, activities, and other resources (available in French and English) to help Canadian educators teach students critical thinking skills for navigating the digital world. Their materials cover topics like online privacy, cyberbullying, social media, fact checking, media influence, and more. Resources are available for K-12 classrooms and are mapped to each province/territory’s curriculum standards.
