Overview:
The New Brunswick Financial and Consumer Services Commission (FCNB) is pleased to present, “Stay Out of Fraud’s Reach”.
This webinar is geared towards middle and high school students. Frauds and scams come in many different forms, so they can sometimes be difficult to spot. Students will be able to protect themselves by learning about:
- Common types of frauds and scams (emphasis on frauds and scams targeting youth – video gaming, crypto, online shopping)
- Spotting the red flags of fraud
The webinar is aimed at fitting into a class timeslot – (roughly 30 to 35 minutes with time for questions at the end).
