About

Having survived two years of the pandemic and losing her aunt, Lisa McCully, in the worst mass shooting in Canadian history, Sophia brings to this workshop the lessons and teachings that enabled her to grow through the trauma of these challenging experiences. She will speak about the power of mindset and learning to see the opportunities that lie within every crisis. Sophia will also offer suggestions and discuss mental health support techniques for students through these emerging post-pandemic times.
