Save the date! Imagine a future where your child is thriving in a rewarding technology career, using their creativity and skills to impact the world. That future is within reach. The Center of Excellence for Digital Innovation and McKenna Institute, in partnership with Anglophone North School District and Dalhousie Regional High School are delighted to invite you for a special community engagement event on May 9th from 5:30-8:00pm at Dalhousie Regional High School.

Get ready to experience an evening full of inspiration, information, and hands-on learning. Explore the current, flourishing digital landscape in New Brunswick and all that the future holds for our province in the digital realm.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Learn about technology career pathways and current digital course options for middle and high schoolers, as well as adults looking to upskill or transition careers.
  • Discover post-secondary programs that empower the next generation of innovators.
  • Hear from industry and education partners on emerging opportunities right here in our NB.
  • Door prizes for attendees: We will be drawing names to win an iPad with keyboard folio case and Apple Pencil, 3 x Wireless Bluetooth Noise Cancelling Headphones and 3 x Wireless Keyboard and Mouse combos!
  • Participate in hands-on tech sessions.
  •  Enjoy dinner and door prizes.
  • Note:
    • This event is free and open to all parents, guardians, students, and community members.
    • Transportation will be provided from several pick-up points within a 50km radius of the school.
    • Registration is mandatory.
