5210 A Way of Life is an initiative that promotes healthy behaviours and environments. The simple 5210 messages encourage eating well and being active every day, two important habits for good health. In this activity, students will use creative problem solving to build their own obstacle course while moving and having fun.
This activity supports the “Move More! At least 1 hour of physical activity each day” message of 5210 A Way of Life.
