Overview:
5210 A Way of Life is an initiative that promotes healthy behaviours and environments. The simple 5210 messages encourage eating well and being active every day, two important habits for good health. Students will identify different vegetables and fruit in the following activity and find new ways to eat them. This activity supports the “Enjoy! at least 5 vegetables and fruit each day” message of 5210 A Way of Life.
