COE Health and Jack.Org Jack.org are extremely excited to celebrate Mental Health Month in May!!!!

Join COE Health and Jack.org for a virtual Jack Talk on Tuesday, May 27th from 10:45 – 11:30 am OR 2:00 – 2:45 pm to learn about Mental Health Knowledge.

** Live Sessions will be the same presentation and material although offering two options to support school schedules **

Jack.org is a leading mental health charity that works alongside youth to build communities and systems that support their mental health. Its vision is to build a world where young people can thrive in mental wellness, and where distress becomes a thing of the past.

Led by two trained youth speakers from Jack.org – a leading Canadian mental health charity – this engaging session will cover the foundations of mental health, including the difference between mental health struggles and crises, and the social and structural factors that impact wellness. You’ll also hear powerful personal stories from young people sharing their lived experiences.

Let’s come together to build awareness, reduce stigma, and support a future where all youth can thrive in mental wellness.”
