Overview

During this 30-minute recorded session, learners and educators will review the meaning of mindfulness and why it is useful to learn and practice in the classroom.

Learners and educators will review the breathing techniques introduced during Lesson #1 (BEE Breath, Ocean Breathing, Bear breathe, and the 5-star) and learn NEW mindfulness tools and techniques to use in the classroom and at home.

Learners will also learn about the power of Music and how it is used to calm our bodies and minds.

COE Health team will provide a recorded 20–30-minute lesson that will include fun interactive ways to teach and practice mindfulness in the classroom.
